Who is eligible to rent a vehicle?
Only active, TCOLE-certified law enforcement officers and approved agencies in Texas are eligible. You’ll need to provide proof of credentials and identity at booking and pickup.
What kind of vehicles do we offer?
We offer fully equipped police vehicles, including sedans and SUVs, all with official lighting, decals, sirens, and required safety features. Every vehicle is ready for law enforcement duty upon pickup.
What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
You will need your valid driver’s license, TCOLE certification, and agency or department ID. Agencies may need to provide proof of insurance.
What is included with each rental?
All vehicles come fully equipped for police duty—including lights, sirens, decals, and safety equipment. Routine maintenance and 24/7 roadside assistance are included.
How do you document the vehicle’s condition at pickup and return?
We use a digital inspection process: we take detailed photos and note any pre-existing damage at pickup, and you sign digitally to confirm. The same process is completed in return for your protection and ours.
What if I have an issue or accident with the vehicle?
Contact us immediately. We provide 24/7 support for breakdowns or emergencies. Any accidents must be reported right away, and we’ll guide you through the claims process.
How do I reserve a vehicle?

What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
Cancellations or changes can be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup with no penalty. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
